Taman Kehati Biodiversity Parks

Water is a fundamental resource—not just for our operations at Chandra Asri Group, but for the health, livelihoods, and future of the surrounding communities in Banten. To ensure long-term water security and ecological balance, we are proud to champion the DAS Cidanau (Cidanau Watershed) Program, a pioneering initiative rooted in community empowerment and environmental stewardship.

1. Taman Kehati Asri (Gunung Sugih, Cilegon)

Located near our primary operational complex, this park serves as a crucial “green buffer” designed to absorb emissions and improve local air quality. It focuses heavily on ex-situ conservation—protecting and relocating vulnerable plant species from outside their natural habitats to ensure their survival. Beyond plant life, the park has become a thriving refuge for local wildlife, including various species of birds, reptiles, and mammals.

2. Taman Kehati Kadubeureum (Serang Regency)

Operating in tandem with our DAS Cidanau water conservation efforts, this expansive park focuses on in-situ conservation—protecting native plants and ecosystems exactly where they naturally occur. This sanctuary acts as a large-scale ecological anchor for the surrounding watershed, ensuring long-term environmental stability for the village and the broader region.
