Harlina Tjandinegara

Harlina Tjandinegara is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Bakti Barito Foundation, the organization that steers the philanthropic vision of the Barito Pacific Group. Together with her husband, Prajogo Pangestu, she helped to found Bakti Barito to uplift Indonesia’s communities, environment, and educational infrastructure around their operational areas.
Harlina plays a vital guiding role behind the scenes, helping shape strategic vision and continuity for the family’s mission and legacy. Long before the Foundation’s formal launch in 2011, Harlina had championed disaster relief, employee welfare, and initiatives for children with disabilities.
Previously, Tjandinegara has served as a Commissioner of Barito Pacific from 1993, and commissioner of Barito Pacific Lumber from 1979. Harlina has three children.
