Dian A. Purbasari
Director
Dian A. Purbasari serves as the Director of Bakti Barito Foundation, which encompasses all of Barito Pacific Group’s giving, including the personal philanthropy of Prajogo Pangestu and the corporate giving of its subsidiaries. In this role, she manages the Foundation’s programs, from inception through execution as well as monitoring and evaluating the success of each program. In 2024, Bakti Barito Foundation distributed Rp 37.1 billion.
Formerly a university lecturer and researcher, she held positions at the University of Indonesia, the Academy of Penitentiary of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and Surya University, where she served as the Business Development Director.
Dian participated in the Leadership for Environment And Development (LEAD) program by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Innovative Dynamic Education and Action for Sustainability (IDEAS) by MIT Sloan School of Management.
She also serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Indonesia Philanthropy Association Board of Directors.
