Born in Jakarta 1976, she held magister degree in applied psychology of social intervention psychology from University of Indonesia. She worked as a researcher and lecturer in University of Indonesia, Academy of Penitentiary of Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and Surya University where she last positioned as Business Development Director. She also worked as a consultant for CSR and Sustainable Development since 2005 for state-owned companies and multi-national corporations. Joined Bakti Barito Foundation in 2017.
