Fostering Climate Education in Schools

Bakti Barito’s Education program places climate education at the heart of school improvement: using a whole-school approach to equip teachers, students, and school leaders with practical, place-based learning, improved sanitation and waste-management systems, and partnerships with local governments and recyclers.  By putting students’ needs first and aligning with the national Adiwiyata green-school agenda, we focus on giving more students the chance to become climate-literate problem solvers who take action to protect our planet.
