Diana Arsiyanti

Diana Arsiyanti is Legal Director of PT Barito Pacific Tbk and a member of the Board of Supervisors of Bakti Barito Foundation, which encompasses all of Barito Pacific Group’s giving, including the personal philanthropy of Prajogo Pangestu and the corporate giving of its subsidiaries.
As Legal Director, Diana oversees the group’s legal, compliance, and corporate-governance functions, advising the board and executive team on regulatory matters, disclosure, and risk management. In her supervisory role at Bakti Barito, she helps ensure the Foundation’s programs and operations meet governance standards.
Before joining the Barito Pacific Group, Diana worked as legal counsel from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at Makarim & Taira S. (2009-2015); and a partner at Soebagjo, Jatim & Djarot (2002-2008). Earlier in her career she served as Legal Manager at PT Danareksa (1998–2002) and began her practice as an Associate at Soebajo, Roosdiono, Jatim & Djarot (1994–1997).
Diana earned her undergraduate law degree and a master’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia.
