1. Acceptance of Terms
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement“) is a binding legal contract between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your“) and the Yayasan Bakti Barito (“Bakti Barito,” “Bakti Barito Foundation,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our“), a foundation dedicated to advancing the positive impact of the Barito Pacific Group (PT Barito Pacific Tbk, and its subsidiaries) on the community and environment.
By accessing, viewing, or using the Bakti Barito website (the “Website“), You signify that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement including the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these terms, You may leave the Website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is intended to serve as an informational platform to showcase the mission, vision, programs, and activities of the Bakti Barito Foundation, particularly within its four focus areas, which is Environment, Education, Economy, and Social, and its alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The information provided is for general knowledge and promotional purposes only.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, reports, program names (e.g., Green Guardians), trademarks (e.g., Bakti Barito), and the compilation thereof, is the property of Bakti Barito or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

- Engaging in any activity that is deemed to harm the reputation of Bakti Barito based on applicable Indonesian law, including but not limited to the law on electronic information and transactions and any amendments thereto (“EIT Law”).
We reserve the right to terminate Your access to the Website for any violation of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bakti Barito, its parent company (Barito Pacific Group), and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Website.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or general court/arbitration in accordance with applicable Indonesian law. You agree that Bakti Barito has the right to determine the jurisdiction for dispute resolution in accordance with Our preferences, where claims or legal proceedings against Us may be brought.
10. Trademarks
You may not use any of Our trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, or logos in any way that suggests they belong to You or that You have our endorsement or approval. You agree that You have no ownership rights in any of Our intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, any brand names, product names, logos, and any other distinctive signs or designs We own.
11. Changes to the Terms of Use
Bakti Barito reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use may have been translated into other languages. In the event of any discrepancy in content or interpretation, or in the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the Indonesian version and the English version of these Terms of Use, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision or part of a provision in these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the other parts of the invalid provision or the validity of other provisions of these Terms of Use.
The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret the content of the sections in these Terms of Use.
