Terms and Conditions for Bakti Barito Scholarship (Ikatan Dinas) 2026

  1. Applicant Criteria: Applicants must be a child of a Barito Pacific Group employee with permanent employment status and at least 3 years of continuous service, applies to all levels.
  2. Barito Pacific Group, including but not limited to:
    1. PT Barito Pacific Tbk (including PT Barito Pacific Timber which is located in Banjarmasin and Ternate)
    2. PT Barito Pacific Lumber (including PT Barito Nusantara Indah, PT Aya Yayang Indonesia, and PT Meranti Sembada)
    3. PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (including PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk, Synthetic Rubber Indonesia, and other companies under the group)
    4. PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (including Star Energy Geothermal, PT Barito Wind Energy, and other companies under the group)
    5. PT Griya Idola (including PT Mambruk, PT Griya Tirta Asri & KSO Cikupa, and other companies under the group)
    6. PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (including PT Petrosea Tbk, PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama, PT Tamtama Perkasa, PT Equator Sumber Energy, PT Mareta Persada, PT Daya Bumindo Karunia, PT Intam, PT Bara Internasional, PT Pika Utama Resources, and other companies under the group)
    7. PT Indo Raya Tenaga (including PT Barito Wahana Lestari, PT Barito Wahana Tenaga, and other companies under the group)

  3. Academic Criteria: D-4/S-1 students who will be taking their 5th or 7th semester of education, come from one of the following:

    • University of Indonesia
    • Padjadjaran University
    Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Science, Forestry, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Urban and Regional Planning, Psychology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  4. Scholarships are awarded up to a maximum of 4 semesters (semesters 5, 6, 7, and 8).
  5. Minimum GPA of 3.0 when applying for a civil service scholarship.
  6. Minimum GPA of 3.0 while on a civil service scholarship.
  7. The components of the assistance provided are:
    1. UKT/SPP: Tuition fees (UKT/SPP) per semester (up to a maximum of 4 semesters), which will be paid directly by the Bakti Barito Foundation to the university (the amount will be adjusted based on the invoice from the scholarship recipient’s campus)
    2. Living Allowance: a stipend of Rp9 million per semester, which will be provided by the Bakti Barito Foundation directly to the scholarship recipient (paid as a lump sum per semester).
  8. Document Requirements:
    1. Scan of student ID card
    2. Scan of latest GPA transcript, legalized by the university
    3. Scan of Certificate of Active Student Status issued by the university
    4. Scan proof of UKT invoices and payments from previous semesters
    5. Scan of police record certificate (SKCK)
    6. Scan of Statement Letter issued by the university, declaring that the applicant is not currently receiving any other scholarships
    7. Latest passport-sized photo
    8. Completed scholarship application form (via Google Form)
  9. Resignation Terms: Participants who have been declared successful as scholarship recipients but then withdraw, either before or after the selection process, are required to reimburse all costs incurred by the Bakti Barito Foundation for the selection process. Costs that must be reimbursed include, but are not limited to, the costs of medical tests, psychological tests, and other administrative costs incurred during the selection process. Reimbursement of these costs must be made no later than 30 calendar days from the date the scholarship recipient submits the resignation in writing to the Bakti Barito Foundation.
  10. During the scholarship period, scholarship recipients are not permitted to apply for academic leave for any reason whatsoever.
  11. While receiving the 2026 Bakti Barito Scholarship (Ikatan Dinas), scholarship recipients may not and are not currently receiving scholarships or assistance from any agency/institution.
  12. In the event that the scholarship recipient receives a scholarship or assistance from another agency/institution, the Bakti Barito Foundation has the right to unilaterally stop the provision of scholarships to the scholarship recipient concerned, and the scholarship recipient concerned is obliged to return all scholarship funds that he has received to the Bakti Barito Foundation.
  13. Scholarship recipients are not currently facing any problems or are involved in legal cases that, according to the Bakti Barito Foundation, could affect applicants in pursuing the civil service scholarship, both during registration and during the civil service scholarship.
  14. Ikatan Dinas: Scholarship recipients who have graduated, required to work in the Barito Pacific group (in any company and willing to be placed in any location), taking into account job vacancies within the Barito Pacific group.
    The months of service bond that must be carried out are as follows:
    12 months x (Number of Semesters Assisted + 1)
  15. If within 1 month after the graduation date of the Scholarship Recipient there are no job vacancies within the Barito Pacific group, then the Scholarship Recipient is released from his/her obligation to work within the Barito Pacific group.
  16. Applicants and scholarship recipients understand and agree that this policy may be reviewed at any time and at any time without prior notice.
  17. All processes and determination of scholarship recipients cannot be contested and are the absolute right of the Bakti Barito Foundation.
  18. By applying for this scholarship, applicants and scholarship recipients agree to provide data and information required by the company or related parties for the purposes of administering and monitoring the scholarship's implementation. Scholarship recipients understand that the use of such data will be subject to the applicable privacy policy and will only be used for the stated purposes.
  19. Registration and timeline for the Bakti Barito Scholarship (Ikatan Dinas) 2026:
