Coral Reef Rehabilitation

Chandra Asri Group in collaboration with local groups, is leading a successful coral reef rehabilitation program in the waters north of Pulau Panjang, Serang, utilizing the artificial coral transplantation method since 2020.

Live coral cover increased to 60.5% in 2025, up from 32.8% in 2020. The successful effort is critical for restoring the local marine biodiversity and ensuring the stability of the fragile underwater ecosystem.
